Comments:
Vinyl has a couple of wispy hairlines visible under bright light, clean labels. Sleeve with white embossed titles is top end of VG+ lovely glossy sheen complete with red and yellow card lyric inner . Posted tracked in a proper vinyl mailer
 

Notes:

Released with an inner sleeve with lyrics and credits on one side, and an abstract red and yellow design on the other. (Inner sleeve made from lighter weight paper than the card stock used for gold foil version.)  Group name and album title appear on front cover in white, as opposed to this other version where they appear in gold foil blocking.
In both A and B side runout matrices, "TOWNHOUSE" is upside-down relative to the other characters.
