Track 1 is the deejay version of "Sidewalk Doctor" by Tommy McCook, produced in 1972. (First cut of this rhythm is "Woman of the ghetto" by Phyllis Dillon for Duke Reid).
Track 2 is a version of Keith Hudson's "Hot Stuff".
Track 3 use the rhythm track known as "Leggo Beast", an update of Roy Shirley's "Hold Them".
Track 4 is a version of a medley that includes "Moving Away" and "Puppet on a string".
Track 5 is a version of Ken Boothe's "Your feeling and mine".
Track 6 use a recut of the Heptones' "Trip Girl" as rhythm.
Track 7 was produced in 1974 and voiced at King Tubby's. Version of Tony Brevett's "Don't get weary".
Track 8 use the rhythm that made a hit as "Black Cinderella" by Errol Dunkley in 1973.
Track 9 is a version of "Quiet Place" by the Paragons originally produced by Bunny Lee who gave it to Roydale 'Andy' Anderson for release in 1973.
Track 10 was recorded in Randy's Studio in 1974 and is a version of "Swing Easy" by the Soul Vendors.
Track 11 use the same rhythm as track 10.
Track 12 is a 1974 version of Junior Soul (Murvin) cover of Curtis Mayfield's "Give me your love".
Track 13 use the "Java" rhythm voiced in 1973.
Track 14 is from the 1975 "283575" album and is a version of Desmond Young's "Warning" (Big Youth used this rhythm for "Wolf in sheep clothing").
Track 15 use the rhythm of The Abbyssinians' "Satta Massa Gana".
Track 16 is a version of Bob Marley's "Talking Blues" issued as the B-side to Bob's vocal on Tuff Gong 45rpm, also included on the 1975 "283575" album.
