Made in England. Recording first published 1964. Production: Impact Sound A & B: Southern Music Ltd. This version has a slightly different label layout to the other push-out centre version. Unlike the other, this variant has the second line of the publisher reading "Music Ltd.", whereas the other version reads just "Ltd.". It also has an "S" under the catalog number and the tax code alone under the ffrr logo, as opposed to both the tax code and the "S" under the ffrr logo. The label matrices also have a dot between the letters and numbers, and no parentheses.
