The 'Keeps On Burning' logo appears on front cover, labels and booklet back page.
Issued with a plain blue inner sleeve. Most copies came with a 16 page booklet "notes from the Café Bleu" which includes the lyrics to some of the songs on the album.
Track A2 only listed on record label, not listed on sleeve.

Runouts are stamped except ARUN which is etched, and in variant 7 upside down (and possibly others).
