Disc NM not played since 2010. Clear sleeve (no hype sticker) has light marks only. Digipack is top end of VG+.
 

Notes:

Released as limited edition custom digipak with a clear outer sleeve to hold it together. Anthrax is printed in White top front of the sleeve and "We've Come For you All" printed on the bottom front of the sleeve. A sticker with the 2003 tour dates is also on the sleeve. There are two bonus tracks:
