Vinyl and sleeve both VG+ a little wear to bottom right edge. Posted in a proper mailer.
 

Notes:

This version has a 3-panel gatefold sleeve with flipback construction. The disc sits in a right-opening pocket on the inside left panel. 
Card stock is matte on one side (outside, inside left panel), semigloss on the other (inside centre and right panels).
Packaged with a black die-cut inner sleeve. 
This version's disc has a push-out centre. A solid centre version also exists.
